Summary of these Terms

  1. These Terms and conditions govern the contractual relations between LiveInHotels.ae, (the “Platform”) and you. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this Platform.
  2. You need to be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.
  3. The site is owned and operated by Azora FZ-LLE.
  4. This Platform offers hotels for long stays in Dubai (“Hotel” or “Hotels”) and/or elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates. When you make (or request) a booking, it’s directly with the Hotel, even, for the absolute avoidance of doubt, if we collect some or all of the payment. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the Hotel and cannot be held responsible for any issues of any kind arising from, or in connection with, your booking with the Hotel and/or you stay in the Hotel and/or otherwise.
  5. We derive our information from the Hotels we work with and we can’t guarantee that everything is accurate, but when providing our Platform, we take reasonable care and diligence. Unless we’ve failed to do so, or have been negligent, we can’t be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, or missing bits of information. Of course, we’ll do everything we can to correct/fix them as soon as we become aware of them.
  6. The Platform enables you to search, compare and book hotels. We offer a personalised experience based on how you use our Platform (including what you tell us), so you can book your ideal Hotel.
  7. To make a booking, you may need to create an account. Please make sure all your info (including payment and contact details) is correct and up to date. You’re responsible for anything that happens with your Account, so please don’t let anyone else use it, and please keep your username and password secret.
  8. There may be different service levels in different hotels and/or within the same hotel (e.g. Number of weekly cleaning service, towel service etc.). You should familiarize yourself with the relevant service level before making a booking.
  9. Cancellation policies may differ from one Hotel to another and/or type of booking. You are advised to check the terms of your booking to make sure you fully understand all terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, payment and cancellation conditions. We will not be held responsible to any claim arising out of, in connection with or as a result of you not familiarizing yourself with such terms and conditions.
  10. You are solely responsible for all damages caused by you and/or people living in the Hotel with you and/or people invited by you to the Hotel and/or to the Hotel’s infrastructure and facilities. You are encouraged to maintain your Hotel room/apartment in the same condition you received it upon check-in, for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of others.
  11. The Hotel may require you to deposit a certain amount to cover future damages. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the damage policy of the hotel (if such exists) and record any visible damage at the time of check-in. We won’t be involved in any financial settlement related to damage deposits.
  12. The Platform shows Hotels with whom we have a commercial relationship. The Hotel may offer other services which we do not publish.
  13. We may earn a commission from the Hotel and/or from you for making a booking through the Platform and/or using the Platform. When making a booking, you will be informed whether we will charge a commission from you or not. By finalizing such booking, you undertake to pay us such commission.
  14. Until a booking has been finalized and approved, prices are subject to change without prior notice. In addition, we will not be responsible for any price changes which are the result of changes in any government and/or municipal and/or other tax and/or levy (e.g. city tax, tourism tax, VAT or otherwise.).
