RATE TERMS

Rates and supplements are quoted in AED, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% municipality tax
and 5% VAT, and subject to Tourism Dirham
Applicable Tourism Dirham (i.e. AED 10 for Studio & 1-bedroom apartment per day, AED 20 for 2 Bedroom
and AED 30 for Three Bedroom) capped at a maximum of 30 nights.
All rates are quoted per month with a minimum length of 30 consecutive nights
If less than 30 nights, daily rates will be applicable
The above special rates are offered for the period from 01st June 2023 to 31st May 2024.
Apartment allocation will be subject to the available units at the time of check-in.

PAYMENT TERMS

For all stays of 1 month and above, a lease agreement shall be communicated post-receipt of the initial
approval defining all terms and conditions.
Monthly rates are based on monthly advanced payments.
