Special Description

Early Termination Policy –

YEARLY

The guest is not entitled to demand the termination of the lease before the lapse of six (6) months from the commencement of the contract, otherwise, the full cost of the lease will be charged.
Should the Guest wish to terminate the contract after the lapse of six months but before the expiry of the contract, the Guest agrees to give one (1) month’s notice and should pay Three (3) additional months’ rent as a penalty. Should the Guest wishes to terminate the contract without notice, the Guest will pay Four (4) months of equivalent rent as a penalty. The hotel will return any unbanked cheques and refund the amount (if any) to the Guest.

MONTHLY

In case the guest wishes to terminate the contract before the expiry date, the full amount paid will not be returned and will be considered non-refundable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Security Deposit – 10% of monthly/yearly rate (refundable)

Tourism Dirham Fee – Above rates are subject to Tourism Dirham Fee AED 20/- per room per night applicable for first 30 days [Studio – AED 600/-, 1Bedroom – AED 600/-, 2Bedroom – AED 1,200/- 3Bedroom – AED 1,800/-]

VAT Taxes Inclusive

Extra Bed (RO inclusive) – AED 150 net, per night

In addition to the guest room accommodations, the net rates provided by the property include the following:

10% service fee, 7% municipality taxes & 5% VAT
Complimentary WIFI Internet access in rooms and public
Complimentary cleaning services are provided twice a week.
DEWA, Gas, Wi-Fi, and TV channels are provided by the Hotel
Complimentary basis access to the temperature-controlled swimming pool, Gymnasium, Sauna room, Steam room, and Jacuzzi.
