EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

• 15% discount would be applicable on base room rate for all room categories if booked 15 days prior to guest arrival.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

• New Year Eve dinner on the night of 31 December 2024 will be compulsory at Tanatan restaurant with a price of AED 1500/- per adult and AED 800/- per child including all taxes.
• Should a guest want to upgrade the dinner option to any in-house food & beverage outlets, additional charges would be applicable, payable by guest directly to the hotel.
• Minimum stay: For all arrivals on or between 29 December 2025 to 01 January 2026, a minimum of 3 night’s stay is compulsory. No departures on 31 December 2024.
• Reservations passing over NYE (31 December 2025) cannot be booked on All-inclusive rates, bookable only onBB or HB rates.

Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates outlined in this contract are quoted in UAE Dirhams(AED), inclusive of 7% municipality fees, 10% service charge and 5% VAT.
• All rates are exclusive of Tourism Dirham fee AED 20 per bedroom per night which will be charged to the guestdirectly.
• All rates above are based on single / double occupancy, per night. Extra person charges as mentioned in each season will be applicable over single / double occupancy which include
meal plan of main booking and can be accommodated in the existing bed or sofa bed. No rollaway beds areprovided.
• Rates are valid for ALL MARKETS.
• The hotel reserves the right to impose “Stop Sell” at any time, upon notification of any close out dates, please send a recap manifest of all bookings sold during the affected periods. You
will have 48 hours to provide the recapmanifest.
• Rates based on free sale with the exception of Royal Suite which will be on-requestbasis.
• Free sale with 24hrs release on the day of arrival and the same will not be applicable on New year, National Holidays & Events in Dubai
• All discounted promotions will be applicable on room rate, extra person and mealsupplements.
• Hotel applicable blackout dates: 30 December 2024, 31 December 2024, 01 January 2025. Please note that there could be other blackout dates as well, which may not be specified in
this contract and would be notified to the travel agent when required.
• Rates offered are not applicable from 29 December 2024 till 03 January 2025
• Rates offered are applicable ONLY if reservations are made directly to the Hotel ReservationDepartment.
• All information & rates offered in this agreement are strictly confidential & may not be disclosed to third parties for any reason or purpose otherwise it will be void.
