Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates are per room per night quoted in AED currency.
Rates are inclusive of 10% City Tax, 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT. In the event of any
changes in above City tax fee, service charges, and VAT by authorities, it will be applied as per
local government laws.
Check-in time starts from 1400 hours and Check Out time at 1200 hours.
The hotel has the right to withdraw this contract in case of misuse by the Tour Operator of the
terms & conditions.
During the entire period of the contract there is no option to amend the guest name.
Dates and rates are subject to change with prior notice.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY.

Reservations cancellation during Low & Shoulder Season: – Any cancellation made within 1 day
prior to arrival will be charged “One Night” stay.
Reservations cancellation during High Season: – Any cancellation made within 3 days prior to
arrival will be charged “One Night” stay.
Reservation cancellation during Peak Season: Any reservation cancellations made between 0 – 7
days prior to arrival date will be charged “Full Nights” stay.
No Show: In case of No show the hotel will charge for “One Night” stay except peak periods
during which full booked nights charges will apply
Early departure will be charged for one additional night except during Peak period where full
booked nights will be charge

City Tower Hotel Fujairah may stop sell contracted rates with prior notice (24 hours), and at
such stop sell time; reservations will be subject to availability only on best available rates (BAR)

The contracted rates can be featured on the client’s website only as part of the Package and can
be booked via the web booking engine.
